If you decide that you accord with our Terms and Conditions and as a result proceed to use our service by calling a contact number from our address book, you are then agreeing to pay up to 10p per minute connection fee from a BT landline. Please be aware, calls made from mobile phones and other network providers may vary in cost and include separate connection fees.

As Help Connect is a call connection service all of our contact numbers are regularly checked to make sure they are up to date. Following this, all contact numbers will connect you directly to the company you intend to be in touch with however, some numbers may not connect you directly to an operator and you may have to follow the instructions given once you have been connected.

To use this service, any person who is making the call must have the bill payer’s permissions. Help Connect will not be held responsible for any calls made from our site where the caller does not have the bill payer’s consent.

Help Connect will issue a full refund under the conditions that one of our contact numbers have been deactivated but you have still been charged. Once we have been made aware of this, Help Connect will provide a full refund after we have received a copy of the bill stating the charges. Please do not hesitate to contact us via our ‘Contact us’ page if this issue applies to you. To avoid this occurrence, Help Connect regularly checks its content to make sure we are providing a precise and up to date service.

In order to use our website, you must create an account and profile and will be asked to provide certain information about yourself in order to use some features of the website. You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Help Connect username and account password and also for any other personal information regarding your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to close your account at any time for any or no reason. In creating your Help Connect profile, we ask that you provide accurate information about yourself to bring credibility to your contributions on the website. You may not impersonate any other person nor create or use any account using false or misleading information.

You are completely responsible for the material and content you submit to our website. We are not to be held liable for any content posted nor are we to be held responsible.

We may monitor and record traffic to our website and collect the following information including but not limited to the IP address of your computer and the website which referred you to our website. We do this, so we can make ongoing improvements on our website based on what our customers actions are.

When making a payment with cryptocurrency, please get in touch with us first by using our contact form detailing what information you would like to purchase, following this, we will respond with instructions on how to complete the purchase.
